Tending To Your Womb over The Holidays
How about taking a much deserved pause this holiday season and dedicating some time to give yourself and your womb some extra love?
Whether you’re visiting family for days or plan to spend the holidays alone, this time of year can be just as physically & emotionally exhausting as it can be beautiful.
From dinner preparations, gift shopping/wrapping, attending parties, to remembering loved ones now past, and being around those who may trigger old or unhealed wounds, means we often forget the importance of creating space for ourselves.
So there is no time like the present to embrace self-care & connection to your womb so you feel grounded and confident to stay true to you.
As women our womb spaces are our source of life and vitality that rejuvenates our entire being from within. So taking care of your inner well is essential for your wellbeing.
Throughout the season, focus on self-care such as scheduling rest days, taking breaks from social media, spend time in nature. Making sure you have proper nutrition is also essential (as well as enjoying the festive delights of course!) Incorporate herbs that can help restore balance to your womb.
Also, set time aside to journey inward and ask yourself what it is that you need in terms of emotional self-care. Remembering it’s ok to say no to people and to events if it will negatively effect your energy or wellbeing.
Find new ways to connect with yourself and actively nurture inner healing through journaling, meditation, visualisation exercises, restorative movement or even dancing!
Taking time to tend to your womb over the holidays is such a special and sacred act of self-care. Do what works best for you and don’t forget to add in moments of reflection throughout this magical season so that you can be filled with joy and gratitude!

Begin a daily practice of breathing into your womb & heart to ask for guidance
~ Place one hand on your heart & one hand on you womb. Breath deeply into your womb and your heart space
~Root yourself into the ground beneath you by visualising a strong cord connecting you to Mama earth
~ When you feel grounded ask your womb “What she needs today, how can you serve her & if there are any messages she wishes to share with you?” Remember you are your oracle. Trust in what comes through
