Begin by connecting daily to your womb space. Once a day, put your hand on your heart and one on your womb space and ask, ‘What am I feeling?’. Next ask, ‘So what do I need?’ This is in response to your feeling. This is a quick way to identify your needs. Because women tend to focus on others we can disconnect from ourselves. This is a great technique to reconnect and get an authentic response from your inner self as to what you truly need. Once you identify your greatest need, honour it by taking steps to get it met. You can also arm yourself with knowledge; read books related to the topic, take classes online, or find a local womb healer/circle in your area.
